Planning duration: 2 weeks
At minimum 2 SDEPC representatives onsite* up to 10 hours on the event day (Additional hours of coverage available at an hourly rate)
1 representative onsite* for the wedding rehearsal
*This number will depend on final guest count
Ensure all timelines are running smoothly and on schedule
Oversee all vendor load-in
Check inventory of additional items list
Facilitate transportation schedule for bridal party + wedding guests
Ensure all ceremony + reception items are set up properly
Act as the liaison with ceremony officiant
Line up the bridal party for the processional + cue musicians
Run photo timeline and assist with must-have photos
Oversee dinner service and timing
Cue speeches and dances performances
Oversee favor set-up + distribution
Handle all emergencies that may arise with ease + discretion
Does not include travel and accommodation fees for destination weddings
