Facilitate transportation schedule for bridal party + wedding guests
Ensure all ceremony + reception items are set up properly
Act as the liaison with ceremony officiant
Line up the bridal party for the processional + cue musicians
Run photo timeline and assist with must-have photos
Oversee dinner service and timing
Cue speeches and dances performances
Oversee favor set-up + distribution
Handle all emergencies that may arise with ease + discretion
