Venue presentation with up to 3 regions of client’s choice 

  • Up to three 1 hour venue site visits. Additional site visits can be coordinated at an additional fee if planned in advance.

  • Receive RFP from each vendor 

  • Contract negotiations

  • 1 hour monthly virtual planning meetings

    Day of Event

  • Ensure all timelines are running smoothly and on schedule 

  • Oversee all vendor load-in

  • Check inventory of additional items list 

  • Facilitate transportation schedule for bridal party + wedding guests 

  • Ensure all ceremony + reception items are set up properly 

  • Act as the liaison with ceremony officiant 

  • Line up the bridal party for the processional + cue musicians 

  • Run photo timeline and assist with must-have photos 

  • Oversee dinner service and timing 

  • Cue speeches and dances performances

  • Oversee favor set-up + distribution 

  • Handle all emergencies that may arise with ease + discretion
