Review ALL vendor contracts to ensure vendor timing and OT rates where applicable
1 hour final venue walk through to confirm all details with on-site manager and on-site event staff
Distribution of final guest count to vendors
Floor plan
Proofing of printed materials
Suggestion of vendor gratuities
Packing list
Review inventory and ensure nothing is missing
Distribution of all necessary event paperwork to vendors
